The DC-DTS-560 Series Distributed Optical Fiber Temperature Measurement System is a new generation of our company’s highly integrated, fully embedded, multi-mode Raman-based distributed optical fiber temperature sensing product. It performs distributed temperature measurement along the line through laid multi-mode optical fibers, realizing real-time, online and continuous temperature monitoring of the monitored objects.

The intelligent early warning cable can monitor real-time operating parameters related to cable safety, including operating temperature, strain, partial discharge, and perimeter intrusion.
This product features high monitoring accuracy, intrinsic safety, electromagnetic interference resistance, and lightning protection, making it particularly suitable for applications in electric power, pipeline inspection, urban utility tunnels, metallurgy, warehousing, military industry and other fields.
The intelligent early warning cable system consists of the cable body, demodulation host, and visual monitoring platform software. It is equipped with communication interfaces for third-party systems and supports connection to the IoT cloud platform.
The demodulation host enables real-time perception and data demodulation of the cable’s temperature, vibration signals, and strain conditions.
When anomalies are detected in vibration signals or strain data, the system can accurately locate the event position and issue an early warning signal within 3 seconds, automatically sending an early warning SMS to managers.
The monitoring software is a cross-platform, independently controllable multi-dimensional configuration monitoring system. It supports comprehensive intelligent monitoring through multiple channels: local monitoring center, IoT platform, Web client, and mobile App.
It provides functions such as monitoring, analysis, calculation, graphical display, and alarm for various data including cable temperature, strain, and vibration.
Through the optical fiber inside the cable, real-time detection of environmental disturbances around the cable is performed. When construction machinery or drilling activities occur near the cable, vibration signals transmitted through the soil layer will be sensed by the sensing optical fiber. Through signal identification and analysis, the system can issue a timely alarm and achieve accurate positioning at the moment vibration occurs.
When a fault occurs on the cable, the fault point will rapidly develop into a high-temperature point, causing changes in the ambient temperature. The temperature-measuring optical fiber can promptly detect temperature rises and gradient changes, which will be displayed on the temperature distribution curve. Through an intelligent alarm algorithm, the system analyzes and extracts the location of abnormal points and temperature deviations to realize the alarm function.
Based on the Brillouin scattering principle, the optical fiber inside the cable detects in real time the strain effects on the sensing optical fiber caused by stratum subsidence and displacement near the cable. Through analysis and judgment of characteristic events, the intensity and location of disturbance signals are determined.
